ADULT SLEEP CONSULTATION

Service Description

A comprehensive assessment will be completed and reviewed. We will discuss recommendations regarding sleep challenges and education for creating a sleep plan. This is for an initial 90-minute sleep consultation. Additional coaching support is available. Included: 1 Page Sleep Plan + Schedule 2 Follow Up Calls (10 Minutes)

CANCELLATION POLICY

48 Hour cancellation is necessary or a service fee will be assessed. Please call 716.235.1505 or email hello@startwithsleep.com to reschedule your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled 1 time only. No refunds will be issued for missed/cancelled appointments.
